The annual Parent Conference Afternoon will be held at Sunray High School on Tuesday October 27, 2009, from 1:00 p.m-6:00 p.m.  Conferences will be held in the band hall at the high school campus.  Students will be released from the high school campus at 12:30 p.m., and buses will run at that time.  Interpreters will be provided that afternoon.

This will be an afternoon devoted to parent-teacher conferences and a time for parents to receive three-week progress reports for the second six weeks.  This activity has been very successful event in the past at Sunray ISD.  Parents of students who didn’t pass TAKS will also be asked to conference with teachers and help to develop a personal graduation plan with core area teachers.

This year we are providing Financial Aide information to junior and senior parents at 5:30 pm. This is an excellent opportunity to learn more about FAFSA, admissions, and financial aide.
