Sunray Elementary will be having a Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten Screening Day on Tuesday, April 22.  This screening is open to all 4 and 5 year old children who will be attending school at Sunray Elementary during the 2008-09 school year.

To be eligible for Pre-Kindergarten a child must be 4 years old by September 1, 2008.  There is also a language/income requirement that must be met.

Kindergarten eligibility requires that a child must be 5 years old by September 1, 2008.

Early Childhood Intervention screening will be held at the same time.  This screening will be for all children ages birth to three years of age, regardless of income.

All screenings will be held in the Elementary/Middle School library from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. 

Please contact Dawn Roberts in the elementary offica at 948-4222 if you are interested in having your child participate in this screening process of an appointment.  You may come by the office to complete the registation paperwork at any time.
