The Bobcat Athletic Teams are in mid season form.  The Cross Country and Football teams are flexing their muscles as they gear up for their District competition. 

On Sept. 19th the Sunray Invitational Cross Country meet went off without any glitches as we had teams from all over the panhandle participating.  The Cats runners did well as the meet was a great success.  On Sept. 26th the boys and girls runners went down to Lubbock and competed very well in the very large Lubbock Invitational.  The girls team did exceptionally well as they finished in 1st place as a team in a very large division.  The District meet will be in Amarillo on Oct. 26th.  Great job to all cross country runners as they keep up their great season preparing for District.

The Football team has completed their non district schedule and currently have a 5-0 record.  The boys have been very focused and have played like a team on a mission thus far.  The Cats open their district play with defending state champion Stratford on Oct. 9th.  This will be a big game for the Cats and we invite everyone to come to this home game and be loud in support of your Cats.
